Registration Information for UIC 2007

Please download the Registration Form and submit to us. You have two ways to submit your registration form:

1) Fax it to the following address:

2) Email it by the attachment (a scanned copy, saved as PDF file is preferred) to: cslchen@comp.polyu.edu.hk

Notes:

* Once you have faxed or emailed the registration form to us, please drop us a message by email to cslchen@comp.polyu.edu.hk, we

will confirm your registration by email once we receive your message. Thanks.

* You only need to fax or scan the first page of the registration form.

Invitation Letter and Visa Information

If you need invitation letter, please email us (the email address cslchen@comp.polyu.edu.hk) your request as well as your affiliation, postal address and fax number ASAP. We only fax the invitation letter to you. If you need us to mail you hard copy, please drop us an additional message by email. As soon as you receive the invitation letter, please apply for visa at the Chinese Embassy/Consulate/Visa Office in your country. We will process your request once we receive your registration after April 23.
