Please take the applicable role of the three main types of actors:

1. Authors As an author, you can submit an abstract of your presentation by using the Submit an abstract interface. The system will send an id and a password to the e-mail address you provided, which you must use to access the Upload a paper interface to make changes to your submitted abstract and/or information supplied and/or upload the file of your complete paper. Please use the Submit an abstract interface only once for each distinct abstract you wish to submit. If you experience any difficulties, please send e-mail to contact person listed above. Your abstract must be in plain text without any LaTeX codes.
2. Reviewers As a reviewer, you can access the Reviewers interface, download your assigned abstract(s) or paper(s), submit and update your review(s). You need a login and a password which will be sent to you before a request is made for a review.
3. Administrator This is the most important role. Using the Admin interface you can configure the system, create new reviewers, enter research topics, evaluation criterias, papers' status codes for your conference, ask reviewers to select their preferred topics, assign manually or automatically papers to reviewers, consult the marks of papers, send mails to everybody, etc.
