Invitation Letter
If you require an invitation letter for visitor's visa for Canada, please send your request to Joe Apaloo at japaloo@stfx.ca
Please include the title of your abstract, the abstract ID Number, names of the authors and the postal address to which the letter should be sent.
Accommodation
Please reserve your accomodation at The Banff Centre as soon as possible as rooms will be released by certain dates to avoid significant cost. For more information please see the link to Accomodation on the website for the Symposium. Also please note that the cost of rooms include meals and all taxes.
Submitted Abstracts
As of March 23, about 100 abstratcs have been submitted. Please consider inviting other colleagues that may benefit from from the Symposium to submit an abstract as soon as possible.
Shuttle Bus Discount
The Banff Airporter which provides shuttle service between Banff and the Calgary International Airport has offered a discount of 10% to participants who use the shuttle service. To receive the discount, you should use the website below to make the booking.
