ACCOMMODATION

All authors and participants are strongly recommended to stay in The Banff Centre guest rooms, and to make their accomodation and meal package reservations by March 22, 2010 . After this date the LOC will begin the process of releasing reserved rooms to The Banff Centre to reduce cost and there will be no guarntee of guest rooms and/or special conference rates below.
A special conference all inclusive accommodation and meal package has been arranged with The Banff Centre. The Banff Centre offers moderately priced accommodation and meals for conference participants compared to other venues in Banff. The rates are quoted below in Canadian dollars. Triple and quadruple accommodation is available at additional cost subject to availability. The Banff Centre allows a maximum of four (4) adults per guestroom on a bed share basis.
The meal package includes: four Vistas breakfasts, three Vistas dinners
The guest room rates will be extended to cover the periods that are three (3) days before Saturday, June 19, 2010 and three days (3) days after Thursday, June 24, 2010 subject to guestroom availability. During the extended periods the meal package is optional and daily rates would be adjusted accordingly.
