Registration Instructions for CYBCONF-2017 and the Associated Special Sessions

 


 

Please read the following notes before starting the registration process:

1.   Author Registration includes:

o    Publication of one accepted paper in the proceedings

o    A copy of the proceedings

o    Access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, workshops and symposia

o    Coffee breaks, lunches and one conference dinner

o    Program brochure and conference goodies (e.g., bags/paper/pens)

Each accepted paper must have one Author Registration before 25 May 2017 to guarantee the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.

The first author of the paper must be a student and the current IEEE Student membership is required.

The first author must be a student.

Paper Page Limit:

o    Up to 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Purchasing Extra Pages:

o    Up to 2 extra pages may be purchased at GBP 80 per extra page.

In order to qualify for the IEEE member reduced registration fee and the student reduced registration fee, both the valid IEEE membership and student status will be verified. Therefore, 2017 IEEE Membership Card and the proof of current student status (e.g., valid Student ID or other proof of current enrolment) must be e-mailed (as an attached scanned image or PDF file) to

2.   Participant Registration includes:

o    A copy of the proceedings

o    Access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, workshops and symposia

o    Coffee breaks, lunches and one conference dinner

o    Program brochure and conference goodies (e.g., bags/paper/pens)

The Participant Registration applies for two cases: 1) one author has made the Author Registration for a paper and other authors of the same paper would like to attend the conference; or 2) A person does not have a paper to present and wants to attend the conference.

3.    To fill in the registration form, you are asked to give the name of Conference/workshop/Symposium and Paper ID. If you register for the conference, for example, your paper ID is "CYBCONF-127", please use "CYBCONF" as the conference name and then fill in "127" as the paper ID on the registration form. If you register for special session papers, for example, you find your paper ID in the list of accepted CTA special session papers is "CTA-16", please use "CTA" as the conference/workshop/symposium name and then fill in "16" as the paper ID on the registration form. Any incorrect use will lead to the registration failure.

4.    Registration payments can be done via Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer.

5.    IMPORTANT:

o   Please include the acronym name of your conference/workshop/symposium and your paper ID in the payment notes either using Credit/Debit Card Payments or Bank Transfer Payment.

o   After you finish your Credit/Debit Card Payments, at the last step, make sure you click the "Return to Merchant" link to COMPLETE your payment.

o   Please note that ONE Author Registration must be paid for EACH paper to be published in the proceedings.

6.    Cancellation Policy:

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by 25 May 2017.

Please note: author registrations are non-refundable and the bank transfer payment is not non-refundable.

There will be an administrative fee of GBP 100 deducted from each refund if the registration payment is done via Credit/Debit card.
